New paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial and will not be charged, so a refund is not needed.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Roamly orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used to purchase, or
- Email us at support@roamlytrips.app and we'll forward your request to Paddle.
Renewals
For subscription renewals, you can cancel at any time from your account. To avoid renewal charges, cancel before your next billing date.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
