We want you to love Roamly. If you're not satisfied with your paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

Free trial

New paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial and will not be charged, so a refund is not needed.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Roamly orders. To request a refund:

Renewals

For subscription renewals, you can cancel at any time from your account. To avoid renewal charges, cancel before your next billing date.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
