1. Who we are
Roamly ("we", "us", "our") is a service operated by Dimitri Jordens, entrepreneur individuel (micro-entreprise) registered in France under SIREN 839 079 258. By creating an account or using Roamly, you enter into an agreement with Dimitri Jordens.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or continuing to use Roamly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
3. The service
Roamly helps you plan luxury travel itineraries with AI-assisted suggestions, maps, and collaborative trip planning with friends. Features and plans may evolve over time.
4. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your country to enter into this agreement.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Roamly for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
- send spam, malware, or content that infringes third-party rights;
- probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the security or integrity of the service;
- reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service or its output at scale.
6. AI-generated content
Roamly uses AI to suggest destinations, activities, and itineraries. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying travel details (visas, health requirements, opening hours, prices, safety) before booking or travelling. AI suggestions are not professional travel, medical, legal, or financial advice.
You must have the rights to any content you upload (photos, notes, place descriptions). We may remove content or restrict outputs that violate these Terms, and may suspend accounts for repeated infringement.
7. Intellectual property
Roamly, including its software, design, branding, and content we provide, is owned by Dimitri Jordens and protected by intellectual property laws. You keep ownership of the trip content you create; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.
8. Subscriptions, payment, refunds
Paid plans (monthly or annual) unlock premium features. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
See our Pricing and Refund Policy.
Current Roamly Premium subscription prices are €6.99 per month or €69.99 per year. All prices are in EUR. Taxes, including VAT where applicable, may apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your billing location.
9. Free trial
New paid subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial and will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your plan starts automatically at the end of the trial and renews at the selected recurring price: €6.99 per month or €69.99 per year.
10. Service level
We work hard to keep Roamly available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change, be added, or be removed.
11. Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. fraud, death, or personal injury).
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your access ends and your data may be deleted after a reasonable export window.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be brought before the competent French courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
